Interior arm rest screw retainer?

Hello,
I took off the interior arm rest on the door and one of the screws wasn't coming off and I yanked it off, but the retainer (if it's called that) came off with it. I used my dremel to cut the screw off, but then I tried taking off what was left of the screws out of the retainer, but the retainer broke. Is there any out there that knows the proper name for it or if there's a part number for it? I'll provide pictures it's the blue part I'm talking about. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
