    i don't think the Iowa State Patrol would approve me stopping on the shoulder and getting out to take a picture here of a semi-permanent lake background not more than 10ft off the interstate that has a 70mph posted limit (which no one obeys!) with NO guardrails to prevent diving off into possibly 3 or 4 ft of water

    it will go away someday when there is a real bad drought, current situation is snow melt from the rockies i think, the dams north cannot hold it back anymore
    less than permanent, but with some stability or endurance.
