Hmm, warranty out, or Toyota refused to fix, or parts back ordered? 20190620_195315_HDR.jpg

Something to do with the 3rd brake light? I think they were having leakage issues...

Yep, he put a crapload of wide SCOTCH tape on his 3rd light. Damn, truck looks pretty new too. Sorry about the pic, took it real quick with my cell phone an hour before sunset.

Looks like a mini protector bar for the 3rd brake light.

Faaack! Too much traffic for what, 8.30 / 9p? Just too many folks and too little roads around here.

Not to mention the requisite left lane loafing?

Well I suppose if it looked and felt like Texas, people wouldn't hog the left lane. But then it would look like Texas out your window and be 105 degrees. You take the good with the bad, right?

There is that. It is funny that I have noticed a continual decline in driving skills. Never a moment of improvement other than a tinge of more turn signal use recently.

It has reached the point where it has ruined the area for me. I've started paddling and fishing to just get away from people. It is amazing that being just a half mile out can change the perspective.

You know what the irony is? Seattle Times just ran an article complaining that WA state has the most difficult driver's exam of any state!

It has reached the point where it has ruined the area for me. I've started paddling and fishing to just get away from people.

Reminds me of California, and this was over ten years ago. Regardless of what obscure road you took to get some peace and quiet, maybe drain the lizard or whatever, two minutes later, some car would come on by and of course slow down and gawk at you. Cause apparently Californians never get out of their cars for any reason whatsoever.

I'm sure that they did exhaust research. I had to take the test when I moved here 25yrs ago. Didn't miss a question.

Since, I been back through for 2 and 3 wheel motorcycle licenses. It was a basic pass as long as you didn't fear the machine.

Don't even get me going on the gawking.

I got the impression the article was really whining that the fresh off the boat Indians and Chinese were finding it difficult to conform to our driving standards.
