Figured I'd drop a note in here. Bought my Tacoma last year (2018 off road DCSB M/T) but newer to Nashville. Would love to participate in any meetups and if anyone mountain bikes I go riding all the time.

Welcome to TW, man! I've only met one person so far from this forum (shoutout to @DylansBase ) and keep blowing off @Kerleyfries for a CMC like an idiot but would be down for a meetup for sure. I also ride my MTB whenever I'm in town and am always looking for someone to ride with.

I cracked my frame on my MTB last year. Still working on getting a new bike for this year. But once I do I would be down to ride.

I am also new to the area so I still need to learn the local spots. I posted on MTBR.com but no one is helping me with finding my new after work burner trail.

What part of town do you work?

Percy Warner Park is decent and is probably the most central to downtown Nashville.

I ride Percy all the time, going to try lock 4 tomorrow I think if time allows. I check the trails out on mid tn sorba website and use the trail forks app to find spots. Percy has been the best spot in my opinion.

Percy Warner is the main one I go to! It's almost always either that or Chickasaw Trace.

Some of us are kicking around the idea of a dirt devil run on Saturday.

    Damnit!

I've been wanting to get out and do that for a long time now. I think I bought the map 2 years ago and still haven't gone. My parents are flying into town for the weekend, though.

I'd take it. I've got a Gaia track, but I don't love Gaia. Or maybe I don't understand it yet haha

if you tap on the crosshair thing, it makes it more like google maps/waze where the arrow stays the same and the map moves instead of an arrow pointing random directions. That was the most helpful tip for me.
