    If I remember correctly, the Subaru grab handle screw spacing quite a bit narrower than the Tacoma/FJ's.
    Do all 4Runners have sunroofs? Maybe that's how they create the pocket in the headliner for the nested front visor lol i.e. the headliner is lower overall.

    Before you invest, have a peak at the folding handles at the front of the new Highlander. I think they “might be” the same bolt pattern. Once measured for proof and they do fit the bolt pattern you’d have self folding grab handles. I currently have no idea what their size or part number is

    I’m still running these my kids are 8 and 11 now :D they use the visors from time to time. I bought a Meso-custom overhead rack and have to see if I have any interference problems with the visors.
