    There’s a twat like that around here. Stickers all over his car, division cap with five pounds of pins, and the “you owe me” mentality. Some fellas at the V looked him up, cook that never left the states and got kicked out for being a shitbag. Of course if you ask him he’ll tell you about how he was a runnin’ And jumpin’ Machine.

    Had a guy here, gulf war era navy guy (nothing wrong with gulf war era, just to used to explain his age). Anyways, was at a VA group meeting and this guy was in desert pants and brown T-shirt, was bitching about getting called out for wearing his head gear inside and how he wears the uniform to make him feel good about himself. O knee the guy that called him out and explained that maybe it’s because some of us actually deployed into combat (he admittedly did not) and lost guys. So one, todays soldiers are encouraged to express general authority and make corrections, and two, because we lost guys, maybe we hold more value in wearing the uniform properly and with respect.

    That was the last time I showed up to deal with that jackass.

    I still have a set of BDU's hanging in the closet...for what purpose I dont know...lol Its not like Im ever going to wear them again!

    Finally got rid of all that stuff. Kept them for a few years and realized it made no sense. BDUs were gone a long time ago.

    Think I chose a bad era, went through BDUs, ACUs and barely multicam. Also two variations of dress uniforms.
