What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I took a 8" decal just like that off my back glass about a week ago. Probably should of gotten a smaller one about the size of yours.

 

Yeah that or the bed rug tailgate..............I did it due to the same thing, hurt crawling in the back.

How much of this can be attributed to the cold weather in MN and the different material mating (plastic/metal)? That’s what most of what I’ve read regarding a cracked shroud. I love the grill (best design imo) but I do not have 1 mainly for the non tss compatibility. Just a thought…

I have a cap without the headliner so the bed rug would look out of place. The mat would be a good idea but I doubt it’s molded to fit the ribs leaving a flat surface. It’s not at the top of my list of must haves but it’s on my mind

 

I ended finding some velcro at my work and decided to decorate my interior with some patches I collected over the years.

 

I guess the weather issue would have to be answered by all BAMF owners that have experienced this. I agree that people have complained of this in those situations, but I can’t definitively say it’s only during the cold. I’m only mentioning what I’ve seen on here which is multiple unhappy owners. I will not buy one just to be on the safe side even though it looks nice. I also have TSS but my 17 I previously owned didn’t and that’s when I noticed multiple dissatisfied owners.

 

The folding bed step is better yet on your knees.

 

How do like the roofnest RTT?

Do you keep it on full time?

I am thinking of getting one.

How’d you get them off?

 

Picked a corner off with my fingernail and then pulled slowly. Kept pressure on the fabric so that it wouldn’t stretch. Came off easily and in one piece.

Then just a little bit of Goo Gone and lint free cloth to remove glue residue.
