Thx Split... hopefully they still use the forum! Took the truck in today so they could get me a second key (only had it two weeks) since the dealership they traded with lost one of the originals. Talked to the service guy and he was pretty knowledgeable about wheels and tires (young guy). Showed me a couple websites to look through to see about fit. One is similar to the calculator you showed me, Split, but with correct backspacing numbers!:) Other is a website selling lift, wheels n tires, bu they have a "gallery" where you can input your truck details and see people who might have the same setup and what problems they may have.

Appreciate all the answers on this thread, but many have just said they have certain tires and wheels and no rubbing. What would be useful is knowing the wheel and tire specifics, including the wheel diameter and width and the offset info...

    double check the mud flaps.

Mine rubbed at full lock with a 0 offset wheel going into the driveway and it was just rubbing on the mud flap. Removed and no more rub.

This looks Awesome! I have a 2016 off road, same color. I was looking at same wheels, but ko2s or dura traks. I was going to put bilstein 5100 up front to level with rear. It's a 1" lift up front. Do you think that would keep from rubbing or would I still need spacers?

So Joe - you're running (265/70r17) duratracs on a 17x 9 wheel with a 0 offset? And it only rubbed on the mudflap a little? Am I correct in assuming the 0 offset pushed your tires out quite a bit from stock, out past the mudflap edge?

Appreciate the info... Stock suspension, I assume?

Looks like my stock 17 wheel from toyota has 5.5" of BS on a 7.5" rim. I can now add your data of 265/70r17 on 17x8 ET0 to my pool of combinations that should work to my "accepted rub/ mod level". Not exactly a 17x9 setup, but a lot closer information than stock!

Ooh - I never asked... I just assume the fenders/ wheel well are identical from Sport to Off Road, correct? Just painted vs. black?

2017 TRD Off Road DCSB, still on stock suspension yes.

Will be doing 2inch lift with fox 2.5 extended travel and dakars.
From what I know yes the fenders are all the same.

You could probably just trim that plastic piece I was rubbing on but I really didn't care to find out I just removed the mud flaps lol.
They rub too much off road anyways so meh.

Originally kept the rears but they are also gone now as I broke one off road so just removed the two.

How is your wider stance with no flaps? Side of the truck getting assaulted whenever going through wet conditions or rock/ pebble chucking, or not really noticeable? Good luck with your lift... Looks like a nice kit!

well... since you ask, I didn't think I had rocks being thrown etc. But recently was looking under the sliders w/top fill plate and well looks like it was shot with a BB gun haha.

So luckily the sliders stop stuff from hitting my doors etc, but ya its throwing rocks and mud.

265/75R16 AT3W's, 2nd Gen TRD "Beadlocks", Kings, camburg uniball upper control arms, and wheelers super bumps. Caster is set around 3-3.5 degrees.

My tires rub the back of the wheel well, the cab mount, and the top of the wheel well. Tires only rub when I go wheeling, and wheel hard. 3/4" spidertrax spacers neither solve the problem nor make it worse.

Going to be smashing back my pinch weld and remolding the fender liner pretty soon here. Also possibly chopping my cab mount with larger tires coming in the future.

A lift will not fix the problem when the suspension cycles, it will only help at ride height.
