Yeah, but I fail to believe that after seeing there child shot and killed they would rush the officer.

 

They didn't know he was a officer. He never identified himself as one and was not in uniform.
I think you under estimate the protectiveness of parents and their handicapped child.

It has been years since I researched, but as I recall Fox Labs was at the time considered about the best.

What I like about the ASP though is its size, and when held in a position ready to deploy, it also doubles as a strike weapon (keys and hammer fist strike). Downside to ASP palm defender is it is small, and you've only got about four 1/2 second long bursts in it. I think the ASP key defender has six or more 1/2 second long bursts.
