    I just cracked open a bottle of my 15-minute Pale Ale with cascade hops. It has been bottle conditioning for 13 days and I just couldn’t wait any longer. I let it chill for a few hours and then poured. Carb level is a bit low still yet, but I am pumped at how clear this beer turned out. Not to mention it tastes pretty damn good too. I believe I will dry hop a little on the next batch.

    Green Cheek release today for their 2nd 1-year anniversary haha.
    Such a smooth and tropical hazy. They also had Heritage BBQ there today, which was some of the best brisket I've ever had.
