Thanks! Took all of 2 hours from start to finish. We were going for kind of a cone shape to deflect brush and other junk.

 

What tube bender are you using. Looked like it was attached to a moveable table?

 

Looks like a mini stinger. Realy di the look of that whole set up on there

 

9 1/2, they give me another 4 1/2 inches more down travel than I had. Once I get the tire and wheel back on the added weight should make the leaf spring bend a little more. Got a little over 10 inches of down travel now.

 

Hmmmmm I'm going to have to look into this seems really interesting. Got any good links for them?

 

I use a JD2 Model 3. It’s mounted to a stand on casters. The stand looks terrible to be perfectly honest but it works as intended.

 

That’s sort of what we were going for, glad it translated well from the original idea. Lol.

 

How do you chock it so it doesn't move when you go to bend. I was looking at their 32 since you can later add the air over hydraulic ram and it's not that much more.

 

Couldn't find too much info on them just some pictures.

Got my bump stops made if it will quit raining I can test fit them, make the pins to keep them from flexing on the road and paint them.

 

I have the hydraulic conversion for it.

 

Had a rubicon gladiator let me merge in front of him on the interstate when the other cars wouldn’t. I’ve got to say the gladiator rubicon looks awesome.
