Your "Federal Limits Apply" ID will not work for ammo (or firearms transfers)

 

Except... I just recieved my renewal notice last week. You can not renew through the mail for a "RealID"....

Tried to make an appointment, and the first available appointment, within 75 miles of where I live, was August 19th (6 days after my License expires).

So I get to sit at the DMV, for who knows how long, without an appointment.

Also... many of the "Real IDs" issued last year were done improperly (by DMV) and people are having to GO BACK and do it again.

 

Fernies a little....odd sometimes.

 

Or veteran military ID, passport or another federal issued ID.

 

What the fucking FUCK is that stupid fucking SHIT?!!??!!?

THAT, gentlemen... THAT is one of my fucki g spots! I camp in that EXACT FUCKING SPOT probably 10 or 15 days a year.

Yeah I’m semi-familiar with the location. I was pretty mad when I saw the Facebook post from the Forest Service.

 

They send a letter you check and drop in the mail. “Invalid” is technically incorrect as it’s simple as shit.

If you simply drop your renewal in the mail. You will get a "Federal limits apply" ID.

If you want a "RealID" you have to go in, in person.

 

Kind of late notice request, but does anyone in the fremont/newark/union city area have a corded drill and ankle grinder that I can borrow tomorrow?
