That sucks, workers comp probably won't cover everything unles you got aflac or something on top. do you have any kind of Medical Equipment Recycling Program in your area? I got one in mine, that you can go rent a knee scooter for a couple weeks instead of using crutches. You should be able to reach with a broom handle on a roller. At least it will give you some time while youre not on the couch to keep your mind occupied. :ohsnap: hope you get better soon.:thumbsup:

I got a WC down at the shop that will work to scoot around the house. If you want it,take it. It’s under the overhang where I park my personal truck.

Sorry guys... state licensure board doesn't look kindly on me giving medical advice without an exam and proper doctor/client relationship. Even if its its something routine like arthritis advice. Cuz if I said don't worry about it and it was a freak thing like bone cancer then I've harmed the pet by seemingly kindly helpful advice. It sucks because it always makes me look like a prick to say such things when I'm truly a helpful, kind person. But I've gotta not risk my license and ability to provide for my family if the licensing board caught wind of such things... let alone string a pet's potential well being too by wrong advice.

With my garage no longer existing and my tools all over creation I put to the task of setting up a box and grabbing a decent selection of the basics to keep in the truck.

For anyone who is wondering the Tractor Supply 44” poly box fits great in between the 2nd gens wheel wells. I drilled holes and used the front bed mount bolts to bolt it down.

This is far from the full kit but it’s a start.

    I like it.

I’ve scaled back my parts box. Went with a smaller HDX box from depot. My previous one was just too big to move around.

Cut thumb- hope there is no nerve damage, hurt knee- old as f**k! Going through that myself. Torn meniscus last year, had to have cancer surgery last July before worrying about the knee. Knee is next on the 'hit parade'. :annoyed:
