Was just looking around because I don't know what the 5 lug brake caliper looks like. Funny enough, when I bought my pads a checkers they gave me the 5 lug pads rather than the 6 lug ones (yes they are different).
Just popped on a x-runner site, and if the picture of the caliper is correct, looks like my wife's civic. In that case..
    1. jack up the truck
    2. jack stands
    3. on the back of the brake caliper there will be 2 bolts than are obviously holding the caliper cover on.
    4. take off the bottom of the 2 bolts and the caliper cover will hinge upward.
    5. the brake pads are just sitting in some clips. They should pretty much come right out.
    6. take the pads and the top and bottom clip out, clean the clips.
    7. push the brake calipers back in (plenty do it this way and do not bleed the system) * at your own risk
    8. put the clips back in and put the new pads in.
    9. replace bolt

Of course if you want to turn or replace the rotors there is a couple extra steps but faily simple..

    pics make it easier

also you dont have to bleed the system after??? also what if you want to make the brake closer or pedal more tighter meaning you can adjust when the pad grab

Alright... if you still have not solved this problem here's some insight.

You don't have to bleed the brakes after a pad change because air was never introduced into the braking system. Just think about what you're removing when you do a brake job.

Also, you cannot adjust a brake pedal to increase pedal feel or when the pad grabs.
