    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

The part that kind of pisses me off is they automatically jump to the conclusion it's OHV.

That is a dead end road. That area is the last place to turn around before 2 steep, rutted, narrow areas in the road. People bring horse trailers back there, and they also are probably bringing the cattle in that graze during the summer in that area. Their trailers are always thrashing that road, and they always use that exact spot to unload.

That could very well be those trucks/trailers that did that.

And the Parks Service know this.

I'm in SJ feel free to come borrow mine (corded drill and grinder). You will need a new grinding disc though, mine is 99% gone.

CA was issuing real IDs without enough verifications. Happened to me.

They just sent me a letter I had to sign saying I was living where my ID was issued. Not a big deal.

Sitting for a drop in appointment at the DMV is unreal. My wife hasn’t done it yet...

I’m well aware. That’s also not even relevant to what I replied either.

Ordered some parts from Rockauto and fedex tried to deliver this last Wednesday but my street was closed so pg&e could install a pole so they bailed. Parts went back to Tracy (apparently).

I thought no big deal it’ll come Thursday and I get her car fixed up this weekend. Nope.

    Thursday. Nope.

Tracking finally says today. Ok if I get it early enough I still have time. At about 2pm tracking goes from “out for delivery” to “pending”. :frusty:

    Where are my parts?!!:annoyed:

Got the same letter. At first almost lost my sh*t thinking I’d have to head in w/o and appt. Thank god it was just mail back postage fees on CA.

Just read most of the 65 page document. It reads as if it should be the end. It’s a shame to lose that place. I grew up wheelin up and down those dunes on dirt bikes, Honda three wheelers and in Jeeps as a teenager. Unless we can drastically change the cultures perception of the Offroad enthusiast while also changing the culture of the Offroad enthusiast, we will continue to lose out on access.

I’m not suggesting I was ever a saint in my off-roading experiences, but as I age I sure as heckFire think about the new crop of youngsters that need to learn from the good example we set.

Anyone on here a FasTrak guru and want to help me figure out what I'm missing while trying to set up a new account? I know, I know, just fill in the boxes and hit next. I went and complicated it by buying one at Costco and cant figure out how to add it to the account I'm creating. And it wont let me create an account without one of their transponder devices linked to the account I'm trying to create. So the website is saying I have to buy one and they will send it to me in the mail.

I have the corded drill. I can bring it by. I have a grinder, but what's an ankle grinder. I've never used my grinder on my ankle. Took a lot of skin off a finger or two.

I’m pretty sure it’s the end and nothing the off road community has said mattered.

The other thing I’ve been thinking about is if this happens, there’s a good chance it’ll happen elsewhere as opponents figure out what techniques work best for opposing.
