Dashcams no, Cameras you already have, YES! (Sorry I am OCD, so clarity is a big thing for me so there is no confusion ;):))

    TBD

You'll never have to see it, you aren't proto typing it. Also some of it has to do with testing other stuff, innovating concepts and testing our/your remote starts prior to ship. I don't drive this one. Jan '18 purchased/delivery, 5000 miles on the ODO. I got other rides I drive, this one is my lab guinea. Plus, when you understand some of this stuff, it's really not that bad, it becomes more of just being messy during prototyping...it'll be cleaned up, extra wires and harness lengths reduced, cable/zip ties applied and so on. But again, your version, NOTHING like this mess. I wouldn't sell it. :)

Wow if I knew this was going to be out I probably would have considerd it. But since I bought the @MESO puddle pods I dont think it will work out with the set up now.

@N2DesignsInc Would it be possible to toggle each camera with an override Switch? Cycling thru the "End" call makes it a convenient kit for sure but for the heavily used cameras (Front + Rear), I would probably prefer to swiftly hit the switch to enable that.

$420, no tax if outside CA, free shipping. No front camera, only sides, side trim, plug n play harness and interface module. If you have an iphone you'll need the Lightning to HDMI adapter, and an HDMI to Composite (RCA) adapter cable. I can direct you to a passive one (doesn't need to be powered) that I use. And HDMI Male/Male couplers to connecting the lighting to this cable.

I'm going to be talking to him about a dual "holed" trim piece as an option or accessory for after the fact that you can buy to have BOTH! This has been brought up by one of my online retailer accounts. I have MESO's cell, we talk almost every week.

Will work just fine, the same.

I can make that tweak as a custom request for an extra adder (Cost TBD) since it's redundant, or can give you instructions, free.

It can be worked in, yes. Details later on. Someone on here is prototyping that setup as well as integrating the beat-sonic into the picture (although you wont need that any-longer).

I'd love to be able to instead pipe inputs into a separate computer like a Raspberry Pi so I could do fancy schmancy computer science stuff with it. Always wanted to make a HUD/custom headunit. All the cameras in this kit would be RCA, right? So I should be able to send it to a Raspberry Pi so long as I have a way to get the RCA to it. There's undoubtedly a board already out there.

Will do...almost done. Just filtering the video feed since there is some ground loop isolation to be had, or signal boosters due to splitting each video feed twice over two devices then feeding back the second device back to the first. Once this is resolved, and inventory of parts used will be taken, then will source bulk for everything to drive costs down as best as possible, then create an install guide, part number a few variations of the kit:

Plug n Play Multi-cam w/ smart phone mirroring via Steering Wheel Control - NO QUAD VIEW/NO DVR
Plug n Play Multi-cam w/ smart phone mirroring via Steering Wheel Control - WITH QUAD VIEW/NO DVR
Plug n Play Multi-cam w/ smart phone mirroring via Steering Wheel Control - WITH QUAD VIEW AND DVR

All kits will include trim and left/right blind spot cameras, and rear OEM Reverse Integration
Kits with Quad View, or Quad View/DVR (all-in one) will also include all interface RCA Cables to continue the Plug n Play aspect.

    Optional Accessories:
Additional Add-on cameras (i.e. Front grill mount, bullet style, etc...)
Will discuss with Stew the potential to create an injection molded trim piece that can accommodate both his MESO puddle lights AND left/right camera holes for those who have, or want to get the best of both worlds.

    Required Accessories:
Adapter Cables required to interface your smart phone to an RCA cable (i.e. For an iphone, you would need a Lightning to HDMI adapter (sold by Apple), male/male HDMI coupler, and HDMI to RCA adapter cable for example). Not included, sold separately, not sold by N2 but we can provide guidance on where to source tested and proven products on say Amazon for example).

    Special Custom Requests:
During roll out, custom requests will be queued on resource availability to accommodate, but will be queued lower on the list and will add considerable turn around time. Probably easier and faster for you to conquer it yourself if you understand A/V. Lead time would be shorter, and will save you some $$$. Not all requests can or will be granted.

    ETA on release:
Plug n Play Multi-cam w/ smart phone mirroring via Steering Wheel Control - NO QUAD VIEW/NO DVR - NOW, Special Order. 5-7 Business Days if in stock at local warehouse. $420, shipped free, tax in CA only)
Plug n Play Multi-cam w/ smart phone mirroring via Steering Wheel Control - WITH QUAD VIEW/NO DVR - Mid-July, Currently no pre-orders. Built to order upon payment. 10-14 day turn around.
Plug n Play Multi-cam w/ smart phone mirroring via Steering Wheel Control - WITH QUAD VIEW AND DVR - Mid-July, Currently no pre-orders. Built to order upon payment. 10-14 day turn around.

The 10-14 day turn around is not just the assembly per order received, it's also putting in some hardware en route to me from other sources and well, I've learned the hard way not to under estimate things in which I can't control. I'd like to lean on the shorter side, but you know...Murphy's Law. Also, the non quad view/DVR kit passed QA, QC, testing and install. It's ready to be ordered, but best not to try to part out, piece out the kit, you should wait on the one you want, because you not only want to do this once, but I'm not stocking separate parts, so for you to change your mind and want an upgrade, you'll end up have spent more, and will wait for the component to come in.

Very interesting and jacked to see this happen. As with most, I suspect, there will be modifications, and I will be no different. I purchased the MESO 3rd Brake Light with a Cam hole and would like to use your set up for that and maybe the MESO puddle light with cam mod if that happens.
What I'm concerned about is the installation process. I would love a video before tearing my truck apart and attempting to do this on my own. Please take said video installation into consideration for all of us (non-stereo installers out there).

Thank you for your good work and look forward to seeing this process through.
