Okay guys. I’ve seen it asked over and over so I’m going to go through how I did it. I will take pictures if you guys need them but for now it’ll be the pictures I have saved.

    1. Get the wheel you want and do a test fit. Mine is a 15x10 fuel lethal with -43 offset. 2 inch wheel spacers weren’t needed but still applied. Back spacing will be updated later. There is a minimum needed to work.

    2. Obviously your 15 didn’t clear. If it did then it wouldn’t turn freely. On mine the top and bottom corners of the calipers barely rubbed the wheel. I gently ground them down to make a well rounded edge. The caliper is pretty thick but still be very careful grinding it down.

    3. With the wheels and lift on now time for the heart breaking part of trimming. I cheated it and just trimmed my corners of the bumper and fender until the tires cleared.

    4. The pinch weld under the fender liner will need to be beat or cut whichever you prefer then sprayed in a good sealer of your choice. I used flex seal.

    5. The CMC or cab mount chop. Yours may be different. Mine was pretty simple with my set up. You will see this big bulky bracket right under your fender. It needs to be shrunk down in order to turn fully. There’s a circle cut out in the bracket for the actual mount. I cut straight across as close to the cut out as possible. Some may require to be cut long ways also.

    6. After your CMC you don’t really want to leave that alone. It’s not required right after you’re done but you really want to get some metal welded back on there to cover the mount again.

    7. Go over all of your work and paint any bare metal to prevent rust.

    8. Enjoy your new wheels and tires

    No lift in the back?

Are you rubbing on fenders going over bumps or flexing?

    Nice job

Do your tires slam into top of your fenders when flexing off road?

No offense but those cuts look like shit. However props to putting some meat on the rig. I like it.

If you have to grind the calipers to fit the wheels, be careful where the tire shop mounts your stick-on weights.

Agreed. Shoot, I have to tell them with 16s. The weights hit the dust shields on the fronts if they put them there.

It has a 3 inch spacer lift on it but it doesn’t rub anywhere. But this one doesn’t go Offroad. My 94 is the play toy lol this one needs to be paid off first

These had already been balanced prior to putting them on but nothing is hitting but that is a very good point

So those tires sound like they would crush the tops of your fender trim if you tried to stuff your tires?

Lol yes they’d kill it. I’ve considered taking and trimming the whole fender 2 inches but if I’m not gonna Offroad it I don’t see the point

10 inch wheel plus 2 inch spacer. I feel for anyone who follows behind the OP.
