Very nice. Why is your bed so shiny?

i was just thinking the same thing!

It looks like my 2006 bed had a little more room than your 2014. Looking at it from the back, that far right corner is filled in where mine is open. Is that a pocket?

When I took the pic the truck was in the garage with the garage door open. I think the shine is coming from outside sun reflection. I don’t do anything to the bed to make it shiny. In fact, it’s kind of filthy. As far as the corner question, the wheel well extends all the way to the top of the bed. Wish it didn’t. Could always use more room.

I did the AC drain mod. I used a zip tie and routed through the frame.

Installed white LED's into my TRAC off and RSCA switches. Couldn't find a part number for the factory bulb with green cap. Installed the CH4x4 "Bed Lights" switch (did not wire it, I'll wait for my other switches to come in).
I was going to get a factory fog light switch but now I'm going to order a CH4x4 one.

Ran the rest of the wires for the radio/nav. My steering wheel buttons now work. I still need to wire cruise and illumination for the wheel buttons.

I also need to make some sort of bracket for the GPS and XM antennas and find out how to run the antenna wires. The 20 pin adapter makes it difficult to install the radio, I'll need to find a better way to make it fit.
Installed the rest of the interior.

Taking a break because it's warm out there :D
