that's a nice looking space you have. hopefully one day I can afford to finish my garage. I have stupidly high ceilings, as the original plan for the house had a room above the garage but we didn't get it...so it's basically from the basement all the way to the 2nd floor. I could put a lift in there, but I'd lose side by side parking. it's just deep enough for my truck, but I have two cars in there right now

    Thank you.

    But....

Top tip: those cabinets were put in by the previous owner. Yes they look tidy. But they are fucking useless for anything that does not conform to specific and restrictive dimensions. There are adjustable shelves, but that only helps so much. Big bins of camping gear or chairs? Useless. Wood and aluminum stock? Useless. Miter and table saws? Useless. Installed above 8 foot garage doors? You need to climb an 8 ft ladder to put anything in them. So those ones are good for storing all your extra styrofoam. And they only open to 90 degrees. Fucking retarded. In my humble opinion, most any garage cabinets should have bypass doors, not swing doors.

    Garage/ shop:

The Matco box is primarily hand tools and power tools:

Plasma cutter, drill press, bench grinder, and Hobart Ironman 230 and compressor

    Specialty tools

    Craftsman box is all electrical

Garage is 24x30 but never enough room. Especially with the car and 4wlr stored in there. I really need to build a separate building to use as a shop but $

Still need a brake, tubing bender, and press but no room for them right now

Too many toys. That whole car was built right there in the garage. As the truck has been. I even did most of the paint work here at home the flames and front end Nd doors
