    Right way is using a proper spring compressor attached to a wall or stand that captures the spring and doesn't allow it to go flying at all if worse case scenario were to happen.

    Truck method worked fine on my 700lb eibachs.

    Yeah they were a lot harder than the ones I've done in the past. Because of the preload we were putting them at and the spring rate. Matt's will be cake like that.

    There’s an autozone 1/2 mile away so I rented theirs. It was terrible and wouldn’t even fit between the coils. But I made it work. Do as I say kids, not as a I do.

    Probably not the safest but the stock coils don’t need to compress very much at all.
