Well, the truck is looking a little tacky right now with the fenders and takes away from the headlights, but I think they came out pretty sweet. I've done numerous 2nd gen BHLM's, and it didn't compare to these.. All in all, took about 10 hours to do these suckers since it was my first set..

So disassembled, the lower 3 pieces are getting shot solid blackIMG_20190515_123356.jpg

For the TRS demon eyes, I had to find a spot on the top of the projector housings to mount the little led pod. It worked out perfectly where the led's were all behind the projector glass

    IMG_20190515_134306.jpg

The biggest pain in the ass with taking them apart, and cleaning up for reseal was the permaseal which they brought into the 3rd gens. Stuff is like liquid plastic that drys in minutes. Scraping it out of the housing channel took probably a quarter of the of the overall time..

    Done.

The plan is to splice the demon eyes into the factory fog light harness plugs to be able to run them off of the steering wheel stalk. The wattage is almost identical and, I don't use the stalk for the fogs since they are gone.. Seems do-able in my head, just need some more of that stuff called time!

Like I said, can't really appreciate them right now with the ghetto going now, but am hoping it all gets fixed up here shortly :cheers: Here's a pic I took yesterday with my homie @Nopro , we had our own multi colored hooptie section going on :fistbump:

You're going to use the demon eyes as a DRL?

No on the steering wheel stalk, there is a spot i can click it to turn on the fogs. Since my fogs are gone, was going to run these to that harness. That way I can just click them on and off from there; get to use an open spot and save a random switch somewhere
