    I have 3 22" kettles and use one of them for smoking often. And even smoke with the gasser especially in the winter even in a blizzard.

    But wish I had a 26" kettle. And 2 electrics one for fish and another for jerky. And even a pellet pooper :anonymous: Most of the time it is just for me so anything else would be overkill and I don't have the room. I need a smaller house, and larger covered deck! Heck I use my Jumbo Joe more than anything at least couple of times a week.

    With the Stacker on the WSM I can turn it into a UDS, and have the PBC hangers.

    Have done a few vertical cooks, usually from the PBC website like the Philly cheese steak recipe

    While I do have a diffuser plate seldom use it and REALLY like cooking directly over the coals with meat drippings adding flavor. PBC really is onto something there IMO. But more times than not when I go vertical end up going horizontal anyhow LOL.

    That was probably the best turkey I ever made in my life

    I like Spam and, well just about anything! And smoked Spam with brown sugar. And pineapple for a topping
