    I hate you.

With that said, if you ever want to go wheeling I'd be happy to wheel with you. Just so you don't think I'm some wanker who thinks forest roads are wheeling:

    Not a forest road:

My dad had one of each for a month. At first he liked the Runner more, but the Taco really grew on him. The tech is years ahead, cant wait to see what all theyre giving the 4Runner for the 2020 tech upgrade.

:hattip: :woot: i did like test driving the 'o19 Corolla hatchback with the 6sp MT and snazzy spoiler, but I am gonna need quite a few more test drives to get comfortable with all the new tech after living in 'dark ages' for more than 2 decades!

Big bear is a huge letdown if you compare it to any hard trails. It's not really worth the trip from Vegas if you want to wheel hard. If you want to check out a cool area it's absolutely worth it.

Sounds like you may be ready to run a trail in late Sept. A few of us are planning on the Dusy last week of Sept. You can find that and some other fun things related to wheeling IFS rigs on a I F S . O F F R O A D . C O M You should at least check the site out.

Thats what I've been told about big bear. was thinking of making a trip out of it and hitting big bears and hammers. Not sure ill make September with the truck or work. After October I should be able to take a ton of vacation but trying to get back up to the rubicon next year and maybe fordyce or dusy hopefully.
I also need to rewire everything and add a compressor for the air lockers and may start on a cage hopefully.

Sweet. I'll check them out and see.

I’m $600 deep into my 4.88 and e-locker conversion. You can’t beat that.

Are all your bearings good? Did you need new seals? Do you have the harness? Do you have a actuator yet?

Does any elocker not have an actuator? The hardest part of doing the conversion on the cheap is cutting up your standard axle housing to accept an e-locked 3rd.

I saw one of those at mine. Opened the door and it read "Subaru Motor Corp" on the sticker.

Nope. Not in a million years.
