    The fires are frustrating. I’ve love to move an hour or two north without getting into flagstaff. But the housing market is weird. Lots of old and outdated. I’ve been talking about a pole barn shop with small attached home. We did have a conversation about where would we go if we left here, I want to go back to SC but he hates the humidity. BUT he’s intrigued by Asheville, I lived an hour south in Greenville before I moved here. So much house and land for less money in SC. We’ve talked about Texas but he hasn’t lived there in 6 or 7 years. He needs real wheeling and mountain bike trails. Kinda limits us.

    Isnt the housing market in AZ pretty cheap compared to the rest of the country?
    I worked in Peoria for a summer in 2008. Worked for a renter. All the houses he had for rent were pretty nice. And compared to the cost to rent in Utah county it was cheap af!
