Na lol, got it from an auction when my dads previous employer closed. 50 bucks got me a stronghold cabinet and all it’s contents.


Which included a miller pocket tig, Miller plasma cutter and the welding helmet, along with other fun stuff

 

How is it? I figure I weld enough that I ought to step up to a name brand for comfort. The HF band keeps coming loose if I use it for more than a minute or two at a time.

 

I use sun glasses with oxy/act....

 

I only put them on to grind lmao. Its ansi rated

One of my older coworkers has one of their super high end helmets. The wrap around lens was something crazy to me. Felt like I had a space helmet on. Someday....
