Finally got my charcoal grey...gray?...Carhartt covers installed. Super simple to install, look killer and built like freaking tanks!!! Also put on the seven sparta center console cover....effective but definitely understand the $13 price point; oh well you get what you pay for so I'll just destroy this one and buy a better version if it exists. Just wanted to get some up close pics for those in the market for these seat covers as I wasn't able to find a plethora of them on here before pulling the trigger. I will say they are worth every penny from what I can tell. On a side note I have no idea how you would get the strap and buckle piece fished underneath the seats to keep them held down since it appears it would interfere with mobility if trying to slide the manual seat around....they go right through the slide bracket. Odd design, but whatever I didn't use them and they are staying on just fine (just tucked them under the cover on both sides to keep them out of the way). Small mods so far but I've only had the truck less than a week sooo; nothing but time!

Nice. I've got Marathon covers that attach the same way. I never bothered to fish that strap through and after 2 years they're staying in place, so you should be good to go.

I've got the same ones, I snatched the fronts up here, lightly used, but the rears were already sold. I guess I still need to break down and buy them.

I'll be honest the $283 price tag halted me from hitting buy on Amazon for the rear set Haha. Hence why I ended up ordering the cheap dickies rear seat cover for now till I don't have buyers remorse.

How have the fronts held up for you so far??

Lookin good, but if you wash them in warm water and dry on medium heat they will shrink a little and fit much nicer.

And if anybody is on the line with the dickies as a cheap 20 bone fix for backseat protection...don't be. Quality is pretty dang good for the price point and it is waterproof. Fits great on 3rd gen and all you have to do is pull a loop at the headrest if you want to get into underneath storage. Both seat backs come forward just fine if you want to utilize floor storage. Want more waterproofing?? Spray er with a quick silicone waterproofing and walah! Should do what I need it to do :)

Nice never thought of that! Guess I'll just have to get them dirty so I have a reason to pull them and throw them through the wash!

I’ll be honest, those don’t look that great. But, if they keep the dirt off the seats they’ve done they’re job.

Lol honesty is the best policy. I don't hate them to be honest; certainly other options out there like bartacts that have a cleaner look, but I could about get my truck reupholstered for what some of them cost. They have a job and they do it with ease

These Carhartt covers are awesome. Front and back but granted they are expensive. Still much cheaper than new OEM seat covers. You need to tuck those tabs with the foam inserts way down in between the seat back and bottom on the front seats and it will look much better. Not sure about the Dickey's stuff but looks like at least it will protect the upholstery from rug rats!

Thanks for sharing. I ordered a set of Carhart seat covers from Covercraft for my 1st gen a few weeks ago. Hopefully, they will arrive on time.

I have the same covers. That strap buckle does go right under the seat, but does not affect the seat sliding back and forth. It just slips along the smooth surface of the track. They do help the covers be more form fitting.

I've got less than 4k miles, so I'm guessing my vote doesn't count. As you can probably already see, they're heavy and seem ready for duty.
I know some don't like the look, but I bought them to cover the seat from dirt and wear, not put a silk hat on a pig.

Update: finally buckled them tonight. Busted a knuckle up trying to get under the dang seat on the driver side since there is about zero clearance but you are right it definitely makes for a better fit. Wish I could have got it to go between the seat and the plastic housing on the side, but my fingers weren't having it lol. Thanks for the input!
