    Wife's family is having a reunion/trip up there. Her Grandpa (the family patriarch died last year, and instead of doing a funeral service, they organized a family trip to Mammoth since they went there a lot as kids, the grandpa actually passed on a Father/Sons trip up there) I'll be there for the whole week.

    Yea, the whole story is quite poetic, and honestly, the best way he could have passed. If I could ask for a way to go, it would be how he did, and he lived quite the life, so the only thing to be sad about is that he's not around anymore for us to enjoy his presence and company.
