    When leaving the overload in, you need longer U-bolts. You can check with them to confirm the U-bolts are long enough for use with the overload, otherwise it is all the same.

    Front and Rear Locked, 35’s, Chevy 63” swap, Fox Suspension and a bunch of other shit too long to list.
    I followed your write up when I did mine. I ended up snapping off my drill bit. Skipped the drilling all the way out step and went straight to the BFH. I laid it on the concrete with the ears facing down. One really hard smack with my splitting maul and it popped off. It did leave the big rivet in the over load. It was getting late and I wanted to use my truck the next day.

    I try to buy very high quality lifetime tools, but there are a few older cheap ones that haven’t been upgraded yet. Then stuff like this happens with cheap tools trying to clamp a leaf pack.

    People showed up at 10am and we were done by 1pm, with lots of BS time in there plus figuring out how to improvise around broken C-clamps. I’d say 2 hours of very easy paced work. Hit me up when you’re looking to install yours, it is pretty easy.
