Saw these two probably heading to Fordyce, one had a rock zombies sticker and that group goes up there quite a bit.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

    LMFAO... Yep that's me

It's annoying as fuck, that shit happens to that spot every year (normally not this bad, but it's also not normally this wet). But those fucking assholes (USFS) know exactly what happened and who did it... but they decide to make a completely disingenuous bullshit post about "sensetive meadows" and "stay the trail" and get a whole bunch of know nothing assholes to have bad attitudes against us... you and me... the off road community.

They are also talking about closing the gate, to this spot, over this... which shuts me out of a spot I camp frequently. And would also add 4 or 5 miles hiking for me to get to some of my hunting area.

The message of Tread Lightly is fine but the way in which they choose to share it and the blame/consequences aren’t necessarily the best.

Personally, I think things like MVUPs and various closures are made easier for the USFS by “examples”. If they go to meet higher ups, they just say “see? We told them not to and they did anyway”. Done. Whether or not it’s the cattle guys, or the OHV community, or some hiker, large swaths will be closed for “rehabilitation” more easily.

Tread lightly is totally fine. But they say that is an example of not treading lightly and they say it ruined a sensetive meadow.

That's not a "sensitive meadow" it's a parking lot, and place to turn around and unload trailers.

And the cattle ranchers aren't going to get closed out of that area. If the gates get locked, believe me, they will have a key to it.

...and really for Fasttrack, just have your license plate on file with your account, and they'll charge it to you (no need to keep the white plastic nonsense with you).

They count it as a violation, but the fee is charged to your Fasttrack account just like if you passed through with the white tupperware.

Boss has 5 trucks setup on his account.

He change the plates once, then ask me for the number, said he got tickets.

    All was cleared though.

One can never have too many light bars.
He has been found. Little guy wandered up to a front gate security guard at a factory a few miles away from my house late last night

Ever driven through and not seen the ‘Vaild Fastrak’ appear? That’s because it missed your transponder. Still charges a normal toll off your license plate, provided that plate is registered to a fastrak account. My game is to hope it misses transponder while I tailgate the person in front of me, hopefully obscuring plate from camera view ;)

Even if you drive through not registered with fastrak at all, you can call and retroactively activate the account to before infraction and only pay tolls due, no fines. Done that with my wife’s car and my van. I only have one plastic thingy but take all three cars through regularly
