Wondering if anyone knows where to find an actuator for the rear locking diff on a '02 Tacoma TRD.

Could rebuild it if I had parts, the back plate is corroded off, do you know if, or where parts are available? Toyota wants $1500 for a new actuator, and they have no parts available.

    That's crazy!

Finding the E-Locker is pretty much impossible. My suggestion would be Craigslist, eBay, Offerup, etc. You'll probably only find a decently priced one in the used market. If used is not your forté then Chilkat Designs makes a cable conversion: https://www.chilkatdesigns.com/E-Racer.html
I don't have any personal experience with it but it seems like a good option for someone in your position.
