So that's the only part I have to replace? That part costs $60 from Advanced Auto parts, so it looks like I'm gonna have to do this myself! She doesn't show how to bleed the air from the clutch assembly after she has replaced.

You’ll just bleed it like you would your brakes until you get all the air out. Also, on the plunger of the master, there are two nuts to set the plunger height. Don’t forget to adjust that to get all the slack out from the plunger and the pedal and tighten those jam nuts otherwise they’ll come loose and make driving a pain. Ask me how I know. Lol.

I feel better now that I know someone else had this problem. It looks pretty straight forward now that I've watched the vid. You've had to do this twice already?

    Thank you Wes and @ovrlndkull!

Yep. Twice. First failure was the factory master. Second failure the plunger rod broke because I rode with it out of adjustment for far too long and induced stresses on it that is wasn’t designed for. Now I’m on number 3 and did everything right... from what I can tell. Lol.

I'm just not a fan of camper shells on trucks. I can't roll down my window and throw an overhanded toss of an aluminum can into the bed! lol

I only hated how heavy a camper shell is, when it came time to remove it you can't do it alone without a hoist or some mechanism to get it off.

or get 3 friends to help.

I like being able to stack firewood from the sides of the bed, or loading a scoop of mulch, or tossing cases of water in the back.

RTT lifting sucks arse too, another reason I wanted away from that lol.

my bed rack isn't light, but it's so much easier than an RTT or camper shell to take off the truck.

My truck box holds all my tools and recovery gear. The bed gets used as, well, a bed!

Had my first at 22. Always figured if i was going to have kids it would be early enough that i could still enjoy the grandkids.

Im set in my career, but if something came up with a different company in tennessee or southern kentucky id be all over it.
