So you were able to pop the handle out leaving the door panel in place? See I wasn’t expecting that if that’s the case. I actually bought the oem sr black handles so they already have that white bumper (I actually had to go out and check lol). Thanks for the tips

No I removed the door panels....it’s the best way to do it as the handle comes out from behind. The trim on the face would be too easy to marr up and break.

I'm going to try this. Usually I spray 303 on them, then blot it in all the crevices (AT tires). This NO-Touch stuff seems easier.

At least you get a sunset...I know it doesn't mean dark, but no sun. In the middle of 3 months of the sun just going AROUND us here in Greenland. Next sunset at this location isn't until Aug. 23.

Can't wait to get back home in 3 weeks and see a damn sunset.

Looks like a good time though. Cheers

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Looks great, but I have to ask, what did that run you, or did you do it yourself?

I would have never considered that option. Mine are just powder-coated, and even then it was around $100/wheel.

Do you have an actual link to what you bought? I have a 17 sport grill I want to replace, but there are so many options, I don't know what's solid and what's bs. A lot of the ones on Amazon show the grill without the letters, but I suspect that's a TM thing? I'm sure there's a million posts here that cover this, but I was looking at this one and frankly just didn't search, so scald me with hot water, lol.

I went to go pull the link up for you but the seller has removed the listing, I cant pull It up or review it or anything. It was a Seven Sparta namebrand from a seller named “O’Peilly” in California. Im 99.99% sure that they don’t show the letters due to the trademark issue, but they all should come with letters.

I got the seven Sparta one too, and was very very pleased with the quality (letters not as much, but painted them body color anyway).

Did you happen to get any instructions with yours? I’m all installed, but I like to keep copies of instructions in my truck’s log and didn’t get any.

Just did a search for seven Sparta on Amazon, and I can't find anything close, maybe they ran out of inventory.

yep the quality of the grille itself is amazing, the letters were just ok, they have weird angles on the second "O" so it looks like its angled down, but I cant get it straight for the life of me. Not a big deal but my OCD wants it a little straighter. And no, no instructions, it was very easy to do though, a quick youtube search on how to change the grille out and the letters just screwed in

Hi all, at dealership for svc and got talking to the svc manager and he informed me that a new TSB was issued (sorry dont have the #) which says that if you modify anything that changes the geometry of the PCS radar including changing the grill, adding alift kit or even larger tires that toyota will disable the affected systems the next time it comes in for service. Just a heads up everybody.
