    hey now, we have central air at my place lol. But yeah my driveway sucks...my floor jack actually broke through and sank down into the concrete 2" when I was lifting the truck once. It's probably almost as old as the house is which was built in 1925

    Maybe next weekend?

    Top of Deer Peak off the Drinkwater Flats trail in the Santa Clarita area is a good place to watch fireworks from that are going off all around the city, did that a couple years ago.

    I'm probably in for a Big Bear run, I can lead Gold Mtn if people want to go. I took a group through last year for the SG run. 2-3 guys only had 33s and no locker. Not too hard, but there's definitely some technical little spots that take a careful line choice.

    There's talk of doing something this weekend, but I think Gold Mtn will be more technical than what a couple guys here have said they'd be up for.

    also @christyle if you haven't seen it yet, on the main page there's a Miller Jeep Trail run being planned for July 13th if you wanna sign up, just open up the google doc and put your name down

    I'm open for either Sat or Sunday really. I hadn't looked at the google doc yet. I'll keep that trip in mind, thanks!

    I'm down for either gold mountain or Heartbreak ridge. Like @eon_blue said idk what everyone else would be down for but Heartbreak ridge would definitely be the easier route. I was going to make a page on the google doc but we should probably figure out where we are headed first lol

    so far these are the people who have shown interest for this sunday:
    @Norsemanvike
    @eon_blue
    @ItsRichieRich
    @christyle
    and myself

    Unfortunately I will only be able to go on sunday I have to help a friend move on saturday

    yeah I've done gold probably a half dozen times or more, it's a fun trail and I haven't done it in about a year so I'd be up for it again sometime soon. Heartbreak is fun though and much longer than Gold

    yeah if your LBJ's need doing then you should definitely do those lol. Don't want an LBJ failure on the trail, or on the street for that matter. I just did mine 2 weeks ago, pretty straightforward and easy job...just don't break any bolts like I did.

    I'm ok with Gold Mtn or heartbreak. From the sound of it, it's not super crazy so I am ok with that. I would prefer Saturday but if everyone chooses Sunday, then Sunday it is.

    Gold Mtn you want some armor for, skids and sliders imo. Steel IFS skid and a t-case skid I would say. Those and my sliders have seen plenty of action on Gold.

    I also always seem to smack my damn rear diff on Gold as well, have had to replace a few drain plugs after that trail.

    White Mountain would be a better choice for something a little less technical but still fun. Or Heartbreak

    I'm 50/50 right now since I'm waiting to see how a couple of photography shoots are going to land. I'm also all stock with 5" nerf bars, so that could be a factor for me?
