Stainless > aluminum IMO. Aluminum like those with stainless hardware gets some crazy galvanic corrosion over time.

Plus, you can get a 3/8” or 10mm for the ones on Amazon to fit your needs.

Just use anti-seize and the two metals won't react with one another. The benefit of the ones I linked is that they can be inserted anywhere in the t-slot. For those of us with camper shells, this becomes a time saver.

 

Good idea, I use antiseize in any bolt that I take out and reinstall or even a new one.

 

I went with the stainless ones off Amazon too along with stainless tamper proof bolts.
