Why is it coming off, bearing damage?

Yeah I rebuilt a couple months ago and it worked fine up until a week ago Eon blue said I over tightened the belt because I don’t have the dynamic tensioner

Not dissing @eon_blue 's credibility, but thats just one dude on the internet with a theory. It could be any number of things really.

 

I feel like if it was in the main rotor assembly would’ve gone into my engine but it sounds like it’s all in the nosecone

 

Wasn't me, I don't know enough about the tensioners to say anything about 'em tbh. But I do recall he had the wrong one on there awhile back when he posted photos. But I wouldn't know if or how that would lead to his failed bearings but I think Empty said last week that overtightening the belt could have been what ruined them.

 

Yeah, over tightening a belt will ruin pulleys/bearings. @TheMTBtacoGuy did you use a belt tension guage?

 

probably just needs another rebuild then, shouldn't be too big of a deal.

Also not sure why Toyota says you need all new injectors, that's odd
