    He’s fine.
For some reason he gets really pissed and aggressive towards bikes, vacuums, brooms, mowers, rakes and snow shovels.
It’s been a long hard road of breaking him of that. He just turned 1 in April.
It’s a bummer because I had all intentions of riding MTB with him when I got him. We went out a couple times but it wasn’t good. He won’t let the tire roll an inch without trying to tear it off the wheel.

Do all new tents come with the darker gray fabric? (Assuming that’s the “new fabric”)

Yes unless your was completed before they started the new fabric and has been sitting at GFC.

Mine is #234. I received the new fabric.

Did you notice if there were two different shades on the new fabric? Yours looks blue or grey tinted but some of them look more dark green.

I messaged them on Instagram and it sounds like they look almost the same in person but there are different shades.

Yeah. It kind of has a green tint to it imo.

I am guessing that he is trying his best to herd the sheep, in this case the bike but had to resort to drastic actions since the sheep wasn't responding as he would have liked. Ahhh.., the life of a herder.

Did a shake out this weekend of fridge, Goal Zero and new kitchen setup with partner stove everything worked great! Now just have a year and half wait, 733 yikes. One question, is anyone running airbags with the camper? If so what kind? If not what would be better new leaf pack or add a leaf to stock suspension?
    Thanks

I was planning on gettin the 400 Lithium, but found a great deal on the 1000 Lithium instead. Interesting! I had seen that cable before. I’ll check it out.

I'm not a suspension expert - actually a novice. I am waiting for my GFC but have installed Firestone Ride Rite air bags for 2 reasons.

    1. I have a trailer I tow with a 200+ lb tongue weight which causes my Tacoma to sag. The air bags allow me to level it out when towing.

    2. After I receive my GFC I want to continue to park in my garage. The garage door opening is lower than I'd like but the Truck with GFC should clear as long as I don't lift the truck at all. The air bags allow me to maintain the current height and still carry the load safely.

I’ve been in sealant curing since June 6. I had been planning to go pick it up next week, based on the progress reports others had posted. Might need to adjust our vacation schedule

Not really sure why they still say 6-8 weeks, 12-14 would be more accurate and then they wouldn't have to deal with antsy customers. Under promise and over deliver is my way of doing things though, easier to deal with being early than late.

I don’t have a GFC but my Alucab + Autohome setup is similar in weight. My ass end was sagging pretty good, especially with my camping gear in the back. I ended up going with Wheelers 3 leaf AAL (mostly because of cost). I now have a nice rake unloaded and with gear it sits just above level in the back which is perfect. Leafs no longer have a negative arch, even when loaded.

If you can swing for a full replacement pack it will always be better than an AAL.

    GFC #270
I'm in a similar situation, in sealant curing notified since June 13. Production has varied wildly, GFC completed four campers last week, but they've averaged 6.5 units/week since the shop floor changes March 1st. Based on that, I estimate #270 will be done sometime in the last two weeks in July. I don't know why soft goods would take that long, so I hope for sooner, but the averages say don't get excited just yet.

I think some of it is that they just aren’t consistent with updating the leaderboard. I bet there is a big jump of 10-15 campers changing to complete on the leaderboard in the next week or two.
