Maybe and I'll have to check on the rating.

    Yep.

It's not my intent to rain on people's tastes. I just think my wheels are m/ore afraid of trails than I am. The way the star patern bows out m/akes it more susepteble to rash, the bronze looks great but very fragile and harder to touch up, the tire stems should be closer to the center of rim and angled up a bit more if you plan to use sensors... :end rant: ;)

got it...Would you mind posting pics of your truck? I have Eibachs on 5100's set at zero and I'm thinking about raising them to .85" like you. Did you ever have them set to zero? If so, how does the ride compare? What size tires do you have?

Have you decided where you are going to purchase the beadlocks from? Going bronze I take it.

Oh they aren't beadlocks - but they do have a removable ring. Picked some up from a friend.

Whats the difference between real and fake beadlocks? So you already have the bronze TRDs?

Real beadlocks lock the outboard bead of the tire. With the tire locked in so that when you scrub your wheel or spin the tire on the rim while at low tire pressures.

IMO the Lexus of beadlocks are Hutchensons/ Rock Monsters...

I would give one of my testicals for these wheels cause I can hardly justify the $2,400 these things run.

The next ones down the list are Walker Evans...

    Or Statun internal beadlocks....

And then there's the bead lock your stockie...

or you can be a cheap bastard like me and get a set of these and let your tire spin or slip of the rim when playing on fun trails in snow or sand:

    No and yes... :)

I should have these wheels on sometime this week - They are currently bronze but I think I will paint them Black Sand Pearl.

Death Valley or Moab - haven't decided which - It will depend upon work schedule / vacation scheduling with my associate and if it is a boys trip or one with Zoom.

Death Valley is a great place to play and I do want to get out there again.

One thing I really like about my Konigs is how easy they are to clean. I didn't like all the nooks on the TRD OR wheels. So much to clean.
