I’m making slow progress on my pushups, still at 15 reps but they’re getting easier.
Yesterday I could only do 4 because my bi’s and tri’s were sore from the gym, I did 10 this morning and then just did 15 (muscles slowly loosening) I think Monday I’ll bump it to 17 and see how it goes.

For the few times I actually consume a protein shake I use almond milk for it (because real milk is nasty). I got Coconut milk yesterday at the store (unsweetened of course) and it's kinda nice. Chocolate with a hint of coconut :9.

Now if I could only find out if I can get a protein powder in a coconut flavored mix so I can add coconut milk, pineapple juice and rum I'll be good to go.

Head injuries are the worst. Pretty sure I ended up with a concussion from Friday. May be going back to the doctor tomorrow if I’m not doing any better. Been going crazy just sitting around doing nothing and not being able to anything the last 2 days :annoyed:

I’m sorry about that. I’d rather have my knee issues than a concussion.

    Any vomiting?

    Damn man! What’s causing it?

Fuck that. Get greedy. Pain makes you stronger.

Hope you recover quickly but every day we workout we literally tear our muscles just to rebuild em bigger. That’s the beauty in bodybuilding. You seem like a badass so I’m sure you’ll be lifting again in no time !

Hellll yea! 2nd day is always the worst after legs IMO lol.

    Fuck yea! Get them gainz
Maybe a dash of vodka too. Coconut and vodka goes great together

I figured out most of what is bothering me. Its pretty much all quad involvement but over the last week and a half I have been working on landscaping around my house. Digging up old grass beds, laying edging, and laying weed barrier to get ready to lay rock. I’m squatting down and standing up hundreds of times a day. Hundreds of bodyweight ATG squats essentially since I don’t sit or kneel. I am in a catchers position all day.

I need to finish the project and go see my PT.

Basically I’m 28 going on 70 is the problem.

None. I just really started experiencing symptoms Sunday night and yesterday morning when I went to start working. Just get headaches after screen use and occasional light headedness / dizziness. I took my dogs for a short 15 minute walk, no hills or anything all flat ground, and got dizzy at the end. Came back in and felt completely exhausted and took my 2nd hour nap of the day

Many factors can affect sleep. Improper diet, stress, anxiety, (not learning how to turn your damn brain off at night LOL), many more. Try some melotonin - most ppl hate it, but small dose isn't terrible for you. My fiance uses some sleep EAA mix sometimes and it really seems to help her. Valerian root helps her too and doesn't give her dumb ass dreams over melotonin

I’ll pick some up this evening. I haven’t ever been able to really sleep for atleast a year or so. Not sure what causes it as I goto sleep full, have the AC as cold as it’ll go and a $120 pillow that’s awesome. It’s like I just wake up mid sleep and bam. Time to get up.

I impress myself being able to function on 3-5 hours of sleep almost every night but it does suck lol

Overactive thyroid gland, un-diagnosed sleep apnea, even a couple alcoholic drinks before bed can mess up your sleep stages.
