    Yea that shit was crazy. I can’t imagine how hot that engine bay got cause they prolly never shut the motor off in those police vehicles..

    Probably started as an electrical fire. I've had to work on all sorts of conversion vehicles from buses to cop cars. Half the time the wiring and other add ons is pretty hack job done. Have fixed a ton of wiring in conversions.

    I work as a medic with EMS in Wilmington and we use a Tacoma for our beach truck!

    I drive a Tacoma on the south end all the time. I try to avoid tourists. I have a 3 year old who plays on the river side and you can drop a kayak in.

    After seeing how much "limited" space is at Freeman Park with the beach erosion and closures....I'm going to get a yearly Fort Fisher pass.

    Still going to try the north end tomorrow for a few hours....but will get there early! It seems to fill up fast.
