I had the same thing happen Memorial Day. Fast forward to this week and 4 trips to dealership in between looking for leak and me sweating to death. It turns out it’s the evaporator for me! Finally getting fixed this Friday.

 

yes, the TRD-OR double cab doesnt come in a long bed.

Just installed my Bartact seat covers. Bit of a pain to install as they are VERY snug but all in all, seem like a great product.

 

I'm not a fan of black wheels, but your truck looks great !

 

The TRD-OR Double Cab does come in a Long Bed, but only w/ an Automatic Trans.

What did they quote to pull the dash and change it?

 

Is the insert removable from the grill surround ?

Yes sorry, the 2nd Gen TRD-OR DID NOT come available w/ a Long Bed, but now the 3rd (or Turd lol) Gens do.

I also had issues with the leak at the join. I still think I do actually since it's louder than I think it should be.
