Nope. Luckily my parents had always wanted to do the "Alaskan Highway" so they drove the truck, camper, and dog to Anchorage for us. Worked out great for all of us as they took the GF's crap home (she had been working in AK for four months) and they didnt have to back track the same route.

Though I will say, at least on the Dalton and Dempster highways...driving both ways wasnt bad. The scenery was different each way view wise

Went up to gallagher this weekend, really windy at the lake but it was a fun drive up.

We went up around 8-9 AM on saturday and there was just one other group camping at the top.

The ride up, thank god no one was coming down because theres no where to turn around or move to the side.

Later in the day a group of Jeeps came up, then some Tacomas, and a bunch of back packers.

Bob just pointed out to me that it was 2 years ago today that we did that snow run to the top.

With my old one I did, but when I upgraded to the cobra it fixed it.

Made it home from the rally, took the long way home south on wabdr then back up to the ham. Section 2 has to be my favorite, the mud is really a good time right now. I know ome suspensions are loud but I spent about 150 off road miles trying to diagnose a rattle that ended up being a loose propane tank in my bed

I spent almost a month last year trying to find a rattle that sometimes was a big thump in the back. I took the fold down table off my swing out, strapped my tent 3 different ways, went under and removed the spare tire hoist (this actually did get rid of a rattle but not the one I was looking for) The big thump had me thinking something was loose with my swing out that bounced when I went over bumps and rattled over rough asphalt. Before I started pulling the bumper apart I tried grabbing my bed rack to shake the truck and see if I could narrow down exactly what it was... and the whole damn bed rolled back on forth on the frame. Turns out all the bouncing around when I went wheeling in Tillamook loosened up the bed bolts, had to order a big enough torx bit from Amazon but snugged them all up and away it went, just in time for the dakars to start squeaking like hell again.
