I saw the price and quantity and that is why I mentioned I would buy 1 or 2 from you. I want something easy to carry and a quick fix if needed. I think the splice covers that bill. I agree that I wouldn't want to permanently run a spliced line. If I end up needing to replace a line, I'll research doing a conversion to a more standard size.

I think you and @JBTacoma will be fine since you both ran the tubing through fuel line. I'll do that with this new tubing.

Called Fastenal back about the 5mm roll of nylon tubing and I believe they can get that to me by Friday no problemo. I'll then cover it in fuel line as well for protection.

Yeah, that line is not very tough, covering it will definitely help a lot.
I actually have enough line that I didn't use that I can put in me tool box for a trail spare. I only used like 4 feet of the 20 that came with my locker. I only has to run it to the front diff

Easy forecast today. Hot. Yep Hot. Storms may develop down south. Saharan dust layer creating opportunities for great sunrise and sunset photos.

    From AlabamaWX
HOT, MUGGY DAY AHEAD: Look for a high around 90 degrees this afternoon with a partly sunny sky; any shower later today over the northern half of the state should be pretty isolated. Scattered afternoon thunderstorms are a bit more likely over the southern half of the state; SPC has a “marginal risk” (level 1/5) defined for areas south of a line from near Eutaw to Fort Deposit to Abbeville…
    [IMG]

Dust layer shifting West. @pat's taco you might have a great sunset this evening.

TOMORROW-FRIDAY: Expect partly sunny days with highs generally in the lower 90s. Our chance for showers and thunderstorms will increase a bit these three days, with about a one in three chance of any particular location seeing a heat-relieving shower or storm; the greatest coverage of storms will come during the afternoon and evening hours. Organized severe weather is not expected, but with the available heat and humidity it is not out of the question to see an isolated severe storm any given day, with damaging winds gusts the main threat. Of course, any storms this time of year will produce tremendous amounts of dangerous and deadly lightning, and intense, but brief tropical downpours

I think I used 3/8 fuel line. I carried a piece to O'reilly's. You need to make sure it will slide through easy enough. I sprayed a little lithium spray lubricant in the fuel line before I started pulling the hose through.

so the ARB hose is 20' Nylon 5mm OD 3mm ID and 1mm wall thickness. Would you pay they're $13 plus tax and get it tomorrow or

keep this that I ordered and receive it Thursday; Nylon 50', 5mm OD, 3mm ID, 1mm Walls, I got it for $21 (some reason Amazon raised price right after i ordered)

    this also gives me extra.

Is the pressure rating high enough on that nylon tubing?
