I'm kind of frustrated - purchased the kit (which arrived), but haven't received the REG file. Sent an email per the instructions with my System ID from the software last Tuesday. Received an automated response, but not the file. Have emailed 3 times asking for a status with no further response.

I'm anxious to flash my truck. After convincing my dealer to flash to 04A7100 last August only to have the truck revert back to it's old ways of hesitating/bogging, brake master cylinder recall, TSS recall (that was an ordeal with my Pro Grill - need to go back for the "Phase II" part replacement), squeaky clutch pedal (took that apart and greased it this weekend - that appears to be fixed), and leaky rear differential (just noticed that this weekend - uggh!) - I am ready for a good experience.

What is your order number or ticket number?
We've had a little bit of an issue with zendesk not [properly sorting our tickets, especially from yahoo accounts, we don't know why.

I am trying to get it ready as quickly as possible. Juggling a bit much at the moment sorry.

Order number is 4682. The automated email referenced request "7927". I know you have a lot on your hands right now. I appreciate the help.

Anyone know how to set up a filter so that we get ovtune updates only from this section? Thanks

Find the last OVT post and click back through them. You can also start at the 1st Post and do the same.

Also, you can pump OVTune into the username box in the Search window.

so let me get this straight, you had all these problems with your powertrain, and the first thing you thought to do was to tamper with the ECU software? Does this make any sense at all, especially since Toyota has already griefed you on the warranty?

Might as well. He’s already stuck with it. Probably would clean the ECU up. Maybe start with 87 or 87 performance. The other issues are somewhat normal to these trucks

Exactly my thoughts. Honestly, if the tune doesn't bring me some more satisfaction, I am afraid this will be the shortest I have owned a vehicle - I average 15 years and 180K miles on my vehicles. This includes a 1992 Toyota 4x4 with a 22RE 5-speed and a 2003 4Runner. Both were absolutely bulletproof the whole time I owned them.
