Saw it take off as I was parking. I was really surprised how quickly it got off the runway.

    going to be fun!
For the longest time up until the late 90' early 2000's there was one of these @ the St Pete/Clearwater airport owned by a group of ex Eastern Airlines pilots years ago....

I think now Kermit Weeks owns it and it is @ Fantasy of Flight...

Are the life preservers still under the seat. Or should we say personal flotation devices

The seat cushion becomes a "flotation device". They have little straps to put your arms through. It's all explained on the safety cards that are still in the seat back pockets along with an old copy of Sky Mall from 2008 and a barf bag.

I just post my photos directly to the thread by “uploading a file” but a lot of people use Imugr or Flickr. PhotoBucket sucks now, don’t use that site

Commercial travel is a crap shoot. You never know when you're going to be delayed, or worse. Doesn't matter the airline. About the only airline I avoid is American just because I've been burned way too many times. Doesn't mean American is worse than others, just my luck with them had been very poor. I like to give myself time and options when I fly now. I plan on delays. I've flown Allegiant and Frontier and never had any issues. I'd pick the one that fits price and time schedule.

Exactly my thoughts. Not expecting unbelievable service. Just curious as to weather or not they cheap out in the safety dept as well as everywhere else
