Which mounting plate are you using for your fuse box?

Who did your wiring? Looks great...I’m about to do my cleanup and have the same tray and fuse box...is it essential to have the circuit breaker?

I purchased the wiring kit along with the tray. I was going to make the wiring up myself as it's not rocket science, but decided to spend the extra $ and have one less thing to mess with. And yes, you really need the circuit breaker. One to protect things and two to allow you to shut off power to the fuse block so you can mess around with the wiring and not worry about shorting something. The breaker I used was a fairly inexpensive one from Amazon. As I recall, around $15. Not quite as clean install as the Blue Sea breaker surface mount unit which wires from underneath but they run around $50. I may put a higher quality one on at some point.

PowerTrays sells these... look under electrical accessories. However, I got mine from Amazon and saved a few dollars. Still a bit spendy at about $29 with the fuse.

Yep, but I have to say the quality is excellent and it fits the space like a glove. I've no regrets.

Used the Krylon brand spray. Did three coats. The first light, then two that where a bit heavier.

I got tired of my radio antenna getting tossed around in the back seat and I almost broke it behind the rear seats pushing them closed, so I made a custom case and mounted it on a bed rail. The interior has foam to fully protect the antenna and all painted in bed liner. Mounts are custom made from aluminum bars with Quick Fist mounts.

I got mine at West Marine. $29.99 for the 1 Terminal Stud Fuse Block #9368895. Blue Sea Systems also has a 2 Terminal block #10093839 ($31.99). Easily mounts on the SDHQ Tacoma Terminal Kit.

    Some tips:

Check out the numerous installation videos on YouTube.

Wear a pair of thin gloves (i.e. Mechanix Wear tactical).

In addition to rolling/sliding the cover onto the upholstery, squeeze/compress the upholstery as you slide the cover down; which is especially helpful when installing the headrest cover.

They're the OEM leafs springs with the Wheeler's 3-leaf AAL kit. I removed the overload leaf as well. It's perfect with the stock front suspension when I have the RTT and bed rack on there. I'll eventually switch to a set of Deavers once these leaf springs wear out.
