    Little dry in the mouth. Probably should have thrown a piece of oak in for a better ring. The temperature might have been a little hotter than 210, maybe 215. I need a finer thermometer on the grill. The one on there shows 750, if it peaks at 400 or 500 it will be easier to judge temperature.

    You need some different temp probes. On for meat and one to lay on grate

    Damn such low gas mileage, got 17.2 coming to work today. Everyone hatin on 3rd gena but I like their fuel economy

    Well she’s heavy and won’t kick in OD on the hwy unless it’s flat with a tailwind. This weekends install should help with that.

    What’s your boost gauge usually read? I saw that and what looked like a A/F ratio gauge really clean setup.
