Think it could be both?!?! NTSB mainly says it was pilot error with the small craft.

    Evening all:
Was just reading an interesting article about when Iran captured the sailors on two small boats back in 2016. All I can say is "WOW" after reading that article, seems like they sent those guys out with both limited capability and limited training resulting in their capture, SAD!

    Colonoscopy anyone???

Just had my first one this past weekend. Oh, what fun the prep was! Never imagined that I could shit so much! Fortunately, all is good, but I felt like I was raped.

I had my first at 62. Worked in the yard later that day and even went jogging. Their warning about taking it easy were unfounded for me.

Surprisingly felt pretty good. Seems I felt weaker after being sick to my stomach than loosing all out the other end.

My dad had colon cancer so I get them every 5 years. Don't remember the procedure, thankfully. Wish I didn't remember the prep.

By the way my dad got his cancer at age 59. You all waited too long to start. But lucky! Anyway tell your friends and family to start getting them in their 40s.

Had my first one at age 48 and every 5 years or so since then. (I'm 66 now.) Colon cancer killed my dad, his mother, one of his brothers and one of his sisters so my siblings and I get checked regularly. Prep is still not fun but is a lot easier now than my first time. The first time was unforgettable for other reasons though. I went under at 7:00AM on Tuesday Sept. 11, 2001 and awoke to a world that had forever changed.

    Morning all:
It's coming; just got done filling out a doe lic. application, I might need it!
Got the new hunting lic. last month, they now have a season during archery, muzzleloader, and rifle for bear, so I added a bear lic. to my lifetime senior lic.
I saw 3 last year during archery, 2 others the year before, none were close enough for a shot but never know when one will be especially with the inline and rifle.

Just saw this notice: Starting July 1 e-bay is REQUIRED to collect sales tax for your state, somehow I knew that was coming!
I don't mind so much paying tax on purchases, it's when they also tax the shipping and handling fee that irks me. :bucket:

Latest pic. Most of the shell is done, still need to get the stone on the front. Unfortunately I reduced the size in an attempt to reduce the cost, and I may have compromised a bit too much. Not sure how much room I'll have for workbench, toolbox, etc. Ah well, too late now.

    Nice!
    I miss hunting in Pa.

I remember taking the drive on a Sunday morning to Matamoras to get the paperwork for a non-resident doe tag, just to be sure it got in the mail on time. Did that for years, till online licensing came about.
I hunted Northern Tier in 3A for more seasons that I can remember...and a variety of seasons.
Had a good crew, but like most things in life, it ended.

By far, my best memory was this 25 pounder from Potter County.
My personal best and with a flinter, that's icing on the cake...

Saw my first turkeys of the year a couple days ago. Couple hens with some little ones that flew up into a tree, the hens stayed on the ground.
