    JFC, I was just in downtown Oakland waiting on the sidewalk when a truck carrying portable toilets turned down the street and spilled a bunch of "fluid". Within seconds the whole block was completely saturated in the most horribly foul smell. Just about everyone outside was ready to retch.

    It’s a tough spot to be in. If you’re a commercial driver subject to federal law, it’s a no-no. Some for any federally regulated gig, especially zero tolerance ones, you could be in trouble if you test positive. You could also be in trouble for hanging out where illegal activity happens.
