What soluble and absolute fiber. If you take both does it fuck you up. One keep you full while the other makes you go? Does it make you constipated?

Fiber will make you feel full an act like a binding agent making your poop hard. Eat a normal diet just smaller serving sizes, and burn more calories then you take in. It really is that simple. Extremely fast weight loss is really bad for you, and you will for sure put that weight back on quicker then you lost it. Taking both won’t mess up your stomach but you will get some interest toilet time going on.

I was on keto last year and lost about 40 pounds, jumped off of it and gained about 20 back. My diet was shit. Now I’m back on it and I’m down another 20. My target weight is 160 or lower. For me it felt like the first 3 days I was going through sugar withdrawals. Now I’m fine, don’t even miss it. Work out once a day and I feel a hell of a lot better.

    A what now?

I've been working on my weight issues the past few years too now, and it's very easy falling into trying to figure out "quick fixes" and there really isn't. I highly recommend meeting with a nutritionist if you have health insurance. They can really help you outline a plan, and put some perspective into how you might be eating for example. A lot of us overeat without knowing, but the food should just about fill a 9 inch plate, half of which should be veggies or fruits, one quarter is meat, the leaner the better. I think there's the rule of a piece of chicken roughly the size of a deck of playing cards, and the last quarter is starches. The more fiber there is, the better.

I've also cut out sodas and sweetened beverages from my diet, drinking more water and eating less processed foods. When the sugar is in liquid form, it readily enters your blood stream, same thing with items made with milled flour, the more processed and refined, the more readily it enters your system.

Look it up. Does it really work. 3 finger below belly button hold for 3 min. You will poop on command

I mean, it sounds like nonsense, but if you really want it to work, then I suggest you try... for science.

Given the fact that most of the articles about it date from three years ago, it might be nonsense, unless you try for yourself. Pooping multiple times a day won't really help with weight loss. If anything the weight lost is minimal. If you're constipated from too soluble fiber, you need to increase the amount of insoluble fiber (like from vegetables).

In a word.....Keto...( high fat, Low carb)

Been doing it past year and change. Down 50lbs personally. I have more energy, less joint pain, mental clarity, Sleeping better etc.. The weight loss is just a perk to be honest. I just feel way better overall.

I have helped a few others on their journey. One buddy down 80lbs, another 40lb, another that just started 20lbs.

Start taking a look at the garbage we put into our bodies. Do research. We need real food. Not processed shit with Sugar, High Fructose corn syrup, and a bunch of other things that cant be pronounced etc. Once you get with the flow of what you can and can't eat, it's really simple. It's a lifestyle change not a diet.

Unless you are super active burning off the recommended 350 grams of carbs a day. Your body is just storing that as fat and you gain weight and body fat. Your metabolism slows as you age and your activity decreases. That's where a lot of issues come from people becoming overweight and sick.

It's total rabbit hole to go down but follow the money trail... there is no money in telling people whats actually healthy for them. There is however money in a bucket of soda for $1 and a $2 dollar deep fried something or printing in big letters Green Reduced FAT. Don't worry about changing what you are installing into your body, we have a drug that can fix that.

Fat does not make you fat... sugar makes you fat.

Oh and pooping 3 times a day is your body telling you fuck you don't feed me that.

Keto is great if you can stick to it for life. However, a lot use it as a quick fad diet and lose 10-15lbs of mostly water weight and think it's some amazing diet.

I am a huge fan of recomp diets, but they only work if you stick to them and workout enough. It's a diet that you can easily stick to for life and is very healthy. It will have high calorie/carb days mixed in with keto days and full fasting days.

If anyone wants info I can post up how I do it.

Keto isn’t for everyone though. Gotta be strict with it. I find that cutting excess sugars and processed foods helps.
