    It's not hard to get dehydrated, especially when the temps jump in a short amount of time. We were sitting at 99-105 for quite a while then we had those few days of 110-117. That beat me up pretty good but I felt fine during the hottest day. Just didn't recover enough when I got home. Now I have G2 in the fridge and carry clear broth soups in my lunch box/ice chest just for the extra salt and minerals and mostly broth. It seems to be working though we've still been spoiled for this time of year. Still not heated up like it should be. This weekend is supposed to step up to 110 so we'll see how it all goes. That new 1/2 gallon jug I got is working good. The ice stays for 2 days in it so, if I'm away from my truck I still have plenty enough cold drink (ice tea so far) to get me back to my truck. Humidity levels have been 35% or below so that's helped a bunch too.

    I was home - I worked out for ~ 30 minutes, cut the grass ~ 90 minutes, then walked the girls ~ 30 minutes. I drank probably 40 oz of water and 8 oz of Ultima. Will definitely make sure I drink more water in the future. If this "thing" had a cause I could work on it, but doc's don't know what causes it, so it might not have been the fluid intake :notsure: Good for you keeping up with your fluid intake when you are out in the temps... you need it, when it's that hot out.
